Product Support Information
Support is provided via email. Free support is available during the evaluation period. Purchase price includes software support and maintenance in the first 30 days after purchase. This entitles users to installation assistance, and all updates and version upgrades as they become available during the applicable period. FormCliQ software includes a menu item that facilitates submitting trouble reports and inquiries via their email system. Most inquiries and support requests are answered within 24 hours from the time they are received. Extension of software support in one year increments is available for $150 per seat (provided no lapses exist).
